Katerina Winter Ensemble

Rfyre seems to be excelling at Russian themed winter wear this season. After the Oksana Russian Christmas Dress comes the Katerina Winter Ensemble. The texture work and attention to detail are apparent on this outfits many pieces. With each part receiving so much attention its no wonder this outfit looks so warm and inviting.

BitterSweet Day *¨✿

Today is a bitter sweet day for me. You see I have to let my little friends go. I found them all one cold winter's day huddled inside of a tire in the forest. I took them in and fed them as there weren't enough grubs or seeds to eat through all of the snow and it seems their mother had abandoned them.  They grew to trust me and became my friends. I really don't want to let them go but I must. So here I am at the great tree in the forest showing them the last bit a love before I release them.

Free Speerit is back and I am really feeling the new skin Fiona. I actually try to wear other skins but I keep putting this one back on .... sometimes you just gotta do what your fingers make you do .. I call it Typobullying and I am scared of my fingers when they do it so I just go along with it and completely abdicate myself from any reasonable responsibility for my actions .... that would actually be my legal defense in the possibility that I might do something really bad ... Typobullying ... I am a victim .. but a survivor .... (making the t-shirt now...)



Very fond of the new Cynful corsetted overalls - love the eyelet lace top ... and all I can say is finally some overalls an ex-farm girl can support. Check. Check. (don't you just love this time of the year with all the baking and the really good excuse to open up the brandy at 6 AM and why your breath smells like you have been drinking.... all the great cooks taste their food ... constantly ... several times .. just in case ....)



And I have never loved Mice as much as I do right now. Make mine dark and sparkly ... so liking this jewellery from Dark Mouse ... Mouse Mimistrollbell has taken out a restraining order against me ... I did apologize ....and promised not to follow her in the tree anymore ....

Lemania Designs

Today at Lemania Designs the daily retired dollarbie is "Sunday Brunch". An adorable strawberry two piece set featuring a sweetheart neckline and swooshy knee length skirt. As usual Lemania have the whole outfit taken care of, courtesy of some matching heels and broad brimmed floral hat.

The outfit is out today till about 11:00 am and will be in the shop in the gift section, after which point it will be moved to the changing room where it will stay for 7 days before being retired for good.

So much about all of this that I am really liking. First the skin ... this is new from Mix and Match - called Bonita and I think it goes perfect with this outfit. This skin is all about the lips for Manis Lane.



Redgrave's hair which I found thanks to GoGo is really special. I hope Redgrave has another go at hair design if this is an example of what she can do. I know she insists there is already so much hair talent already out there, and I do agree .. but come on .. this is great ....



Eolande's Paris Jewelery is beeeeeautiful and the set is priced well. I think it is perfect for this dress. I can't say much more about B&G shoes .. certainly one of the more talented shoe designers out there and the prices are also excellent. I never have any problems matching skin or dealing with the hud.



Phoenix Rising's tribute to Coco Chanel is exceptional. I removed the longer part of the dress and went for the short version. I like it with the hair.



Insilico West is amazing but very tough to get pictures there ... crashed a bazillion times. One pic and crash, one pic and crash .. so look .. but no piccy's ... such a shame ...
